The Museum participates in the national Heritage Open Days in September, in conjunction with Otley Courthouse.

2023’s exhibition was based on the textiles in the Museum’s collection giving an insight of what the ordinary folk of Otley wore in Victorian and Edwardian times with a nod to the 1920s and 1940s. The exhibition ranged from baby clothes to children’s and adult’s outerwear and underwear showing the talent of home and hand sewing.
